Travel Explored – The Week In Review

I hope that you do not mind some of the minor changes that have been happening over the last few weeks. At the moment I am working to get into a regular schedule of bringing you new content every week. But while I am getting started with this you may notice things change a little from week to week.

The biggest difference this week is you might notice this post did not happen on Friday. I have moved it to Sunday, to reflect the whole week. However, that gave me a gap on Friday which has been filled with more content for you.

In the coming weeks, I will be working to get what is in this post coming out via email as well. If you would like to receive, the Travel Explored – Week In Review via email you will need to sign up. You can do so on the right-hand side of the page.

So thank you for stopping by and let’s get into what is new this week on Travel Explored.

Getting Connected To The Internet When Travelling
Getting connected when travelling

One of the more frustrating things for me when travelling is getting connected to a reliable internet connection. In some countries getting access is quick and easy if you own a mobile phone. But in other countries, it can be a challenge just to get wifi at your hotel. I discuss the challenges and some thoughts on planning ahead.

Viennese Coffee Houses And Dining

If you have followed along on the Travel Explored Instagram, or read my post two weeks ago, you might remember I enjoy coffee. While I had a chance to visit a few Coffee Houses when I visited Vienna, I would probably visit a few more if I was there now. World Travel connector shares a few places that look great, and I am sure I would love to visit.

How I Spent Only $6K in One Year of Travel and Lived in the Lap of Luxury

Every now and then I come across an interesting post about the way travel does now have to be expensive. I like this idea because, to be honest, I would love to travel a lot. The less it costs to travel of course the better. I am not quite sure that I could get it quite this cheap, but would love to give it a go sometime.
